By attending a session at My Happy Place, I confirm that I have read and understood the following information and agree to follow these guidelines.

I take full responsibility for myself and my child during each session, including everything that happens to us in relation to the class.

All play and sensory items provided or gifted are to be used under adult supervision at all times. Some items may contain small parts or present a choking hazard. By accepting this disclaimer, I understand and accept full responsibility for ensuring that all items are used safely and appropriately with babies and young children.

My Happy Place holds no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising during or after participation in sessions.

If I have any medical or developmental concerns about myself or my child, I will seek advice from a qualified medical professional before taking part. I will also keep the instructor informed of any health issues or changes that may arise during the course of the sessions.

To maintain continuity of service, My Happy Place is unable to offer refunds or discounts for missed sessions due to holidays or personal absence.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your session to a friend or family member who also has a baby in the same age range.

Please do not attend if you or your baby are unwell, including fever, upset stomach, diarrhoea, measles, chickenpox, whooping cough, impetigo, scarlet fever, hand, foot & mouth disease, or conjunctivitis.

Refunds are not available for missed sessions due to illness or any other reason, but an alternative session may be offered if space allows.

My Happy Place will always do its best to run sessions as scheduled. If a class must be cancelled, parents will be notified via email or phone. In the event of a cancellation, an alternative class will be offered. Cash refunds cannot be issued.
